Where can I play N64 Nintendo 64 Games Rom Online for Free?

Every time I try opening a game with the Game Genie turned on a message pops up saying “Error opening Game Genie ROM image!” I downloaded the Game Genie ROM but it still shows that message when I try using it. Is there a certain file I have to put the Game Genie in? Please help me out, Thank you! =)

I am trying with things like WinISO but it isn’t working. I am having serios problems and I would like to play this game without having to wait hours for it to download. If anyone can help please do so cause I have no clue.
