i have heard of doing it on a psp and a psp is basically the ps3’s beta in a handheld form but like what software do i need. is there any extras i need to download?

Right now, you can’t on the PlayStation 3’s system you cant, however if you install Linux and find a emulator that will work on Linux that should work. Linux cant use the PlayStation 3’s graphics card though, so it wont work as well as a computer.

people have not hacked the ps3 like they have a psp yet. im waiting for that day. until then, if you want to run an emulator, you have to install linux as another OS on your console and then install the emulator on that.
